Stunning spot with great hospitality

This is one of the most beautiful places I've visited in Sri Lanka. The sunset views are incredible, and the location is very clean. I enjoyed one of the best meals I've ever had on the island. The hospitality was excellent, making me feel right at home, similar to my experiences in Melbourne. It's also a very secure area with easy access to transportation and markets. Thank you, Ranji and Sumith, for your wonderful hospitality... Looking forward to coming back next year!

Mixed Experience with Room Quality

I only spent one night here. Initially, I was shown a room on the first floor that was quite unattractive, old, and possibly moldy. After refusing that option, I was given one of the newly updated rooms like those in the photos. This room was really clean, had a nice bathroom, and hot water! The kitchen, food, and a variety of drinks are available for an additional charge. I had dinner here, which was good but on the pricey side; I could have paid less at a restaurant. While the rooms were nice and clean, they might still be a bit overpriced, but I did manage to negotiate a better rate.

Great budget-friendly family stay

This is an ideal getaway that won't break the bank. The host and the staff are welcoming and accommodating. We occupied the family room, which was very roomy and equipped with the necessary kitchen amenities for cooking and dining. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The beds felt fresh and comfortable. I will definitely return here soon!

Comfortable stay with great hospitality

MBeach Nest Panadura offers a lovely and cozy atmosphere, situated about 1 km from the Panadura Railway Station. The rooms are tidy and equipped with essential amenities like effective air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, fresh towels, water, and liquid soap. Guests can also find tea and coffee making facilities in the shared space, which is very handy. Meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, must be ordered in advance since they are sourced from outside. There are washing machines available for guests who want to do their laundry. The availability of WiFi varies depending on the room rate, and there are paid WiFi options for those who require it. Nills, the owner, is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. He genuinely cares for his guests and is always ready to help with any requests, which enhances the personal feel of our stay. On the downside, the path leading to the guesthouse can be quite dimly lit at night, and there were a few cockroaches and mosquitoes in the rooms. Tackling these concerns could really elevate the experience. In summary, MBeach Nest Panadura is a delightful and friendly spot with excellent hospitality, ideal for budget travelers in search of comfort and convenience.

Room Unavailability Frustration

I made my reservation through booking.com, and they confirmed it with a call. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I received a call stating that the room was not available. This led me to another hotel, and I've never encountered such an inconvenience before. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I tried calling in the morning, but no one answered. Check-in was supposed to be at 12:00, and I arrived right around that time. At 12:54, I received a call informing me that the room was unavailable. LOL. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone.
