The service here is unacceptable for a private hospital. The reception area is poorly managed, and the staff's attitude is not oriented towards helping patients. I felt there was no value in my experience. I used the ETU and consulted a doctor, and both times were equally disappointing.

I went to see Dr. Subramaniyam, but he arrived an hour and a half late. It's hard to understand how a doctor can be so careless. Patients are left waiting, putting their own work on hold, while he takes his time. A doctor should be both punctual and responsible. Waiting for thirty minutes is one thing, but making patients wait for an hour and a half is just unacceptable.

The OPD service is available around the clock, featuring skilled doctors even during late-night hours. The prices are quite affordable, and there's an in-house pharmacy as well. I'm really pleased with the service. They also accept card payments.

This place is situated in a peaceful and pleasant setting. The channeling fee is about the same as other private hospitals in Panadura, but it's less busy here. The staff is genuinely kind and helpful compared to other locations.❤️

I waited almost an hour to see the doctor, which was really frustrating, especially since I wasn't informed about the delay beforehand. Considering how expensive medical services can be, I feel patients should be provided with clear information on expected wait times so we can plan accordingly. This is a dependable medical center located in Panadura, providing a 24-hour OPD and limited care in the ETU, though it lacks the advanced facilities found at government hospitals or its main branch. The pharmacy and lab services are available, but there are no resident consultants; however, specialists from all major fields can consult here during the week. You can call for an appointment, but it will only be confirmed once payment is made. X-ray services operate from 8 AM to 8 PM. Minor surgical procedures and dental surgeries can also be performed here, but you’ll need to schedule an appointment in advance. The center is open 24/7 and remains operational even on holidays, though OPD and consultations may be impacted during TUA events. The main issue arises during peak hours (4 PM to 7 PM) when parking becomes a challenge due to limited availability (the parking area accommodates around 10-11 vehicles). Additionally, the cafeteria is currently not in operation.

I was incredibly let down by the care we received at Nawaloka Hospital Panadura last night. We arrived between 10:30 and 11:30 PM after my sister fainted at home. Despite her concerning state, there was a shocking lack of urgency from both the nurses and the doctor on duty. We had to keep approaching the staff to explain that she was unwell and needed urgent assistance. After finally being seen, the process was slow and uncoordinated. Basic tests took about 20 to 30 minutes, and then we were simply informed that the results were "bad" and that they couldn’t treat her, recommending we go elsewhere. What was most troubling was that no immediate care, medication, or guidance was given to stabilize her condition before we were told to transfer. My sister was so weak that she could hardly walk, yet there was no attempt to help or manage the situation properly. For a hospital like Nawaloka, this kind of negligence—especially at night—is unacceptable. If only an OPD doctor is available, there should still be a capacity to handle basic emergencies or at least provide initial care before referring patients elsewhere. Instead, we lost valuable time, and the whole experience was made more stressful due to the lack of communication and empathy. The doctor’s approach was alarmist without offering any helpful support. We then rushed to Medihelp Hospital, where the care was instantly better. The staff acted promptly, were attentive, and managed the situation professionally while also calming us down. This experience was very disappointing. I genuinely hope the management at Nawaloka Panadura takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their emergency response, staff accountability, and patient care standards.

I am really let down by the customer service at Nawaloka Panadura. The staff, particularly the counter personnel and a woman in a saree, were quite rude and unhelpful. When we kindly requested some change, they responded in a harsh and disrespectful way instead of assisting us. Even the security staff appeared disinterested in providing help. This is a hospital where patients and visitors look for kindness, professionalism, and empathy, but sadly, we encountered the opposite. I truly hope the management takes this feedback to heart and improves customer service training for the staff. A touch of courtesy and respect can go a long way.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a hospital. We went in for a full blood count test and were informed that the results would be ready in an hour and a half. However, we ended up waiting over 4 hours without any results or a clear explanation for the hold-up. Such delays are unacceptable, especially for critical or urgent cases that can't afford to wait. If you're dealing with a critical patient, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for timely tests. For a large, reputable hospital chain, this level of service is truly disappointing and does not meet the standards patients should expect. I really hope management takes this feedback to heart and improves both their turnaround times and communication at the front desk.
