Misleading Reception Information
The reception staff provided inaccurate information. I needed to consult a surgeon and was ultimately referred to MO.

Disappointing service and cleanliness issues
The quality of service here is extremely lacking. The images do not accurately reflect the reality of the situation. Some of the nursing staff are quite rude, so I cannot recommend this place for any urgent care for your loved ones. The organization is very chaotic, and it feels like they take advantage of the good reputation of the doctors. Additionally, the cleanliness is not up to par.

Frustrating wait and poor service
I was told to arrive at 2 o'clock for a surgery and was advised to wait for just 15 minutes. Instead, I ended up waiting for 3 hours. If I wanted to spend that much time waiting, I could have gone to a government hospital and saved a significant amount of money. The service here is incredibly subpar. To make matters worse, they asked me to return the next day to pick up the full bill (I had received the overall bill but needed a detailed one for insurance claims) because there was no one available at the cashier.
