The doctors here are quite skilled, but they rarely arrive on time, which leads to long waits. Parking is another major issue; there’s no designated parking for patients at all. The security staff won’t even let vehicles stop nearby for drop-offs or pick-ups. Instead, patients have to park in the bank's lot across the street, which is really inconvenient for both them and the bank's customers.

I never expected to find such a place in a hospital. The emergency care was lacking, with no competent doctors available. The cleanliness of the hospital was also very poor, which left a very negative impression. To top it off, their fees are quite high, and that’s about the only thing they have going for them. The service was painfully slow. There’s a significant need for improvements in quality, care, and operations.

Our experience here was quite poor. We visited for a minor surgery, and the doctor referred us to Panadura Hospital. If we're going to get medication from the government, we see no reason to visit a private hospital. The staff were unfriendly, and the doctors did not show up on time. It felt like money was their only concern.

AVOID THIS PLACE. My father was admitted yesterday (24th Sep.23) for chest pain, and after an ECG, the doctor suggested a specialist for further evaluation due to some discrepancies in the ECG. The specialist, Dr. G. V. NILAGIKA SADAKUMARI, claimed the ECG was normal and that there wasn't anything major to worry about. She even offered to provide a letter for a blood test, reassuring us that the 'BLOOD TEST will be NEGATIVE, do not worry about the pain.' However, we decided to proceed with the blood test today (25th Sep.23) out of concern, and to our shock, the result came back POSITIVE when Dr. G. V. NILAGIKA SADAKUMARI had assured us it would be NEGATIVE. When we admitted my father to the hospital, they questioned why we hadn't brought him in sooner given the ECG inconsistencies. They also couldn’t administer a vaccine that was supposed to be given within 24 hours, all due to the misinformation from Dr. G. V. NILAGIKA SADAKUMARI. If anything happens to my father, who will be accountable? The doctor or the medical center? I strongly advise against consulting Dr. G. V. NILAGIKA SADAKUMARI.

I took my mother to this hospital to have her NG Tube replaced, but the OPD doctor, a male, handled it very poorly. Because of his carelessness, I had to consult another doctor who was able to do it correctly. What added to my frustration was the lack of a proper channel to file a complaint. Overall, I felt that the OPD doctors here are quite inexperienced.

I had an awful experience with the emergency service. I went to the hospital late at night due to chest pain and waited around 20 minutes for a doctor to show up. Delayed treatment for a heart-related emergency is dangerous and extremely unprofessional. I'm very disappointed in their service.

I was very let down by the service here. My 72-year-old mother went in for a vaccine on May 22, 2026, around 5:30–6:00 PM, and the nurse who gave it to her was quite rude, squeezing her hand without any kindness, care, or respect—right in front of me. When we raised a complaint, the management seemed indifferent. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone looking for proper care or service.

I had a very disappointing experience. My appointment was set for 3:30 PM, but I received a call from the hospital at 1:45 PM asking me to come in at 2:00 PM since the doctor would be arriving early. I arrived on time as instructed, only to end up waiting for over an hour and a half because the doctor was still not there. Patients deserve their time to be respected, and appointments need to be handled more efficiently.
