Great gym with unique equipment
This gym is a hidden gem. They have a deadlift/shrug plate loaded machine and a hip thrust plate loaded machine, which I haven't seen anywhere else in SL.

Great Gym with Affordable Prices
This gym offers a calm and tranquil atmosphere, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's open daily from 5 AM to 11 PM, even on holidays like Poyaday. They have all the necessary equipment, plus a separate area for cardio and CrossFit workouts.

Great Gym with Ample Facilities
This gym offers a fantastic selection of equipment, including treadmills, bikes, and cross trainers, along with outdoor exercise options. The parking area is spacious and conveniently located near the Kimbulawala junction and Madiwela Kamatha area, as well as close to Sri Jayawardenepura Hospital. The yearly membership fee is quite reasonable. It's a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of age or gender, making it easy for all to get their workout in.

Outstanding space with minimal wait times
This place is fantastic! They have a wide range of equipment for various activities, and the atmosphere is wonderful with plenty of room. During off-peak hours, there's almost no waiting, which makes it a tranquil experience. It's an excellent venue for the price.
