    Poor communication and unhelpful staff

    I experienced very bad communication. I called today, January 13, 2025, because I had a toothache and, according to Google, the office was supposed to be open. When I reached out to the doctor, whose number I found on the sign board, he sarcastically asked, "Don’t you know what day it is?" I later learned it was a poya day. All I wanted was relief from my pain. I definitely won’t be calling him again, even if he’s the only dentist available.

    Terrible experience with dentures

    This was the worst experience I've ever had. I chose a technician to make a denture because the price was low, but what he created didn't fit at all. The denture was a complete mess. When we asked him to fix it, he was extremely rude and refused to make any corrections. He insisted we would have to accept whatever he produced. It seems like he didn't even create the denture himself but outsourced it to another place, which likely caused the measurement issues. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The technician was rude, and you'll definitely end up wasting your money.
