    Excellent Dental Care Experience

    This is one of the top dental care centers in the area. Dr. Hasitha and his team provide both professional and personalized care for all dental needs. Each patient is given a dedicated time slot to reduce waiting times. The waiting area is comfortable, featuring cozy seating, entertainment options, and air conditioning. They maintain cleanliness to the highest standards, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment for visitors. This place easily deserves a 5-star rating.

    Excellent dental care experience

    This is an excellent spot for all your dental requirements. The doctor has extensive experience and the staff is very helpful. You have the option to pay with either card or cash. They truly excel at maintaining a clean and tidy environment. Parking is available for free on the street. Just be sure to schedule an appointment before you go.

    Great dental experience with friendly staff

    I visited the clinic today and had an excellent experience. The dentist was very friendly and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. The staff were welcoming and made me feel at ease right from the start. The place was clean, neat, and equipped with modern tools. Overall, everything seemed professional yet inviting.     Exceptional Service at This Dental Hospital

    The service here is outstanding! I wholeheartedly recommend the staff and their friendly service team. They promptly took an X-ray and completed my tooth filling. There were no long waits, and the place is very clean, making it an excellent dental hospital overall. I had a 6:30 appointment, and even though they didn’t check my records, they remembered my name and addressed me personally. The best part is the prices are quite reasonable. Highly recommended for dental care! 🙌

    The service here is exceptional and the environment is very clean. The staff is not only friendly but also knowledgeable, and the doctors are kind and meticulous in their work. I had both my wisdom tooth extraction and root canal treatment done at this facility, and the whole experience was smooth and comfortable.     Disappointing Experience with Dental Center

    I want to share my frustrating experience at Dental Center in Maharagama. My mother and I visited a few months back for permanent tooth fillings, and we were charged Rs. 5,000 each, totaling Rs. 10,000 for both. The male doctor who treated us finished both fillings in roughly 8–10 minutes, with the entire appointment lasting around 15 minutes. At first, we felt confident in the service, but within months, my filling broke while I was eating, and my mother experienced the same issue. A filling labeled as 'permanent' shouldn’t fail so quickly. The service seemed fine until we made the payment, but after this problem arose, it felt like there was a lack of follow-up and accountability for patient care. My mother is quite upset, and I'm struggling as well since I can't eat properly from the side with the filling; food keeps getting stuck in the gap where it should be. I get that dental work sometimes requires adjustments, but patients expect quality treatment and adequate aftercare, especially for a permanent solution. Unfortunately, I believe the focus should be on enhancing the durability of treatments and patient support post-payment. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend Dental Center to anyone in my family or friends. I hope management considers this feedback seriously and works on improving their service and patient care in the future.
