I had the absolute worst experience here. The staff were unfriendly, and their service did not meet basic standards. It seems necessary for them to receive some fundamental customer service training before working in a hospital, as their lack of knowledge was evident. Next time, I'll choose EMS or Pioneer instead.

I visited this place once for a pediatric consultation. The staff were quite helpful during my visit. They have an in-house pharmacy, which is convenient. However, parking is only available on the roadside, as there’s no dedicated lot. It would be great if they could provide parking. The waiting area seems sufficient for the usual crowd, but it could use some improvements for busier times.

The service here is outstanding! It's really convenient for patients, with a huge waiting area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, guiding you through every step. The consultants and doctors are great, and the pharmacy offers a wide variety of products and medications, even providing discounts despite the current situation in the country. I highly recommend them for all your medical needs!

The customer service here is extremely poor, making this the worst place I've ever been to. The doctors charge high consultation fees, yet we end up waiting a long time. When we approached the hospital staff about the delays, they kept saying it's not their fault and that it's up to the doctors. However, the staff are the ones collecting the consultation fees from patients. It's absurd and frustrating. Doctors should remember the medical oaths they took. Overall, it's a terrible place.

The management here is very poor. Patients have to endure waits of 5 to 6 hours to see a doctor, even if they have an appointment. We specifically went to see Dr. Shibly. If you're looking to consult him, I recommend going to Delmon Hospital in Colombo 6 instead. Additionally, all the other doctors at Habeeba Medical can also be consulted at various hospitals in Batticaloa and Kalmunai. Customer care is also lacking significantly.

My visit to Habeeba Medical Hospital in Kattankudy was quite disappointing. The customer service left a lot to be desired — the staff acted unprofessionally, were unhelpful, and appeared to lack organization. To top it off, the waiting area was intolerable. There were no air conditioners, just three fans that hardly did their job. It felt more like a bustling market than a place where patients should feel cared for and comfortable. It’s honestly shocking that a medical facility can function under such conditions. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone looking for basic comfort and reasonable service.

I cannot recommend this hospital. I've encountered inaccuracies in the reports and test results multiple times. This leads to unnecessary stress and confusion for both patients and their families. I think the hospital needs to enhance its diagnostic and reporting processes to deliver correct results. From my experience, I'm quite dissatisfied with the service here.
