Charming Stay Near Navalady Beach

Naval Beach Villa & Rooms is situated just a stone’s throw from Navalady Beach, a serene stretch of stunning white sand and azure waters, flanked by a row of Casurina trees. It’s located about two kilometers from EMS hospital. During my recent trip to Batticaloa and Arugambay, I spent two nights at this well-kept inn. Mr. Suresh, the gracious host and owner, consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and unforgettable. I made a last-minute booking after my train arrived in Batticaloa later than expected. Upon checking in, he generously upgraded me to a larger and more comfortable room at no extra cost, without me even asking. The property is beautifully looked after, featuring a lovely garden filled with flowers and trees. The two meals he arranged for me were far more delicious than I anticipated. Throughout my stay, I felt a sense of home, even being hundreds of miles away. With affordable room rates, a gorgeous location, a warm-hearted host, and its closeness to Navaldy Beach, I highly recommend Naval Beach Villa & Rooms for solo travelers, couples, or families looking to stay in the Batticaloa area.

Great stay in Batticaloa!

While we were just passing through Batticaloa without any expectations, we ended up having a fantastic experience in a short time! The room offered excellent value for its price, being both clean and cozy. There's a lovely garden at the hotel, and it's just seconds away from a secluded beach! The hospitality was impressive; we arrived late at night and realized we hadn't eaten yet. The host arranged for some delivery food and was very attentive to our needs. It was a delightful surprise to enjoy such a wonderful stay in such a brief visit. I would definitely recommend this place.

Exceptional Service in a Tranquil Setting

This place was fantastic — from the moment I arrived, the host stood out as the best in Sri Lanka. He came to my rescue when I misplaced my wallet in the town center, making a few calls to ensure its safe return, with everything intact. The ambiance is serene, surrounded by lush greenery that feels almost like a jungle, and it’s conveniently located near a stunning beach. If you're not looking for a luxury hotel experience, I highly recommend staying here. I’d give it six stars if I could!

Enjoyable stay with supportive owner

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The owner was very helpful, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts during our stay. Our kids loved watching the sunrise and even assisted local fishermen with pulling in their nets. The place was clean and provided plenty of shade, so we didn’t feel the heat. It was a joyful experience, and we hope to return again.

Charming Beachside Retreat

This is a delightful place to stay, located just 50 meters from the beach, featuring a lovely garden in a peaceful environment. It takes about 15 minutes by tuk-tuk to reach downtown. The beach is long and mostly untouched, with very calm waves in April. The highlight of my visit was the host, who was consistently kind, warm, and helpful. I would definitely love to return. Comfortable stay with friendly service

This place offers a great atmosphere—peaceful and cozy. The service was top-notch, and the owner was extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The villa and rooms were spotlessly clean and well-kept. The calm and relaxing environment really enhanced our experience. We also enjoyed the presence of some adorable cats that wandered around.
