Terrible customer service experience
This is the worst place I've ever visited, and the customer service is lacking. They don't listen to what customers need. Instead, they push their own products. Even if you bring your own frame, they try to intimidate you with comments about it and encourage you to buy theirs. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Comfortable space with friendly service
This place offers a variety of spectacle services. The interior is spacious and relaxing, and the service is quick and friendly. There’s a washroom on-site, but keep in mind there’s no parking available, and the location isn’t wheelchair accessible. Pets aren’t allowed, but the staff is accommodating towards kids. Some eye-related examinations are conducted here, while most tests are performed at their main branch. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided.

Quick and Friendly Service
The staff here are both friendly and efficient. I placed my order for spectacles in the morning, and by the evening of the same day, they were ready for me. A big thank you to Imalka and the entire team!
