Exceptional Service at Family Optical Shop

This is my family's optical shop. The service is outstanding and very professional, with a great ability to assist in selecting glasses that fit well and serve their purpose. He makes the challenging choice of which frame to choose much easier. I highly recommend Super Shine Opticals. He offers high-quality glasses and is incredibly kind to his clients!

Disappointing service and experience

I had a negative experience at this shop. My husband and I visited to have our glasses lenses changed, but after the change, the glasses weren't suitable. The customer service left much to be desired. They informed me that my glasses were ready and asked for the remaining payment. However, when I arrived to pick them up, they insisted I had to pay extra for a claim report, which I never requested. Only my husband required the claim form. I'm very disappointed with their service.

Outstanding Service at Super Shine Opticals

I broke my glasses right before my exams and needed a new pair the same day. I visited several so-called top optical shops in Kandy, but none could help me except for Super Shine Opticals. They completed the work in just 2 hours and did an exceptional job. The customer service was also fantastic. Their prices are reasonable and cheaper compared to the others. If you're in Kandy and looking for optical stores, this is the place to go. You definitely won't regret it.
