Poor service and fitting issues
I spent 16k on a pair of spectacles, but they didn't fit right. After two adjustments, they ended up worse than before. The technician was arrogant and didn’t provide good customer service, and the other staff weren't much better either. Thankfully, I managed to get them fixed for free at Vision Care, but I will never return to A. A. Samarasinghe opticians again. In summary, very poor customer service and overall service.

The service at this location really needs to get better. The cashier, a woman, was unprofessional and showed a lack of basic respect for customers. It was definitely not the friendly experience I had at the AA Samarasinghe main branch.
