I absolutely love the Mighty Soldier burger, which comes with three patties and their delicious cheese sauce. The atmosphere is calm and the place is clean. The service was especially impressive; the staff member made me feel really comfortable. Thank you for such a great first impression! I’m definitely planning to return with my friends.

Urban Smokehouse in Gampaha had a promising start with its nice atmosphere and a tempting variety of food options. For lunch, we chose a black pork burger, two crispy chicken 12-inch submarines, and peri peri fries. At first, we were pleased with the flavors of the food. However, shortly after finishing our meal, everything changed. We became seriously ill. The dishes were overly greasy, leaving us with a heavy feeling, and the black pork burger seemed undercooked or possibly spoiled. We ended up experiencing severe gastritis and vomiting, which made this the worst dining experience we've ever encountered. The aftermath left us feeling awful for hours. What started as a place with potential turned into a nightmare due to the poor quality of the food and questionable hygiene. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend that others avoid this restaurant. It's simply not worth risking your health, and the discomfort we endured is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. We will definitely not be returning to Urban Smokehouse, nor will we recommend it to anyone else.

I stopped by with a friend for a quick snack, not a full meal since we were pressed for time. I’m giving it 5 stars because the food we had was really tasty and we both enjoyed it. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement: 1) The air conditioning could be better; one unit was either broken or not functioning. 2) There should be more space for guests to relax, spread out, and enjoy their meals.

I prefer the virgin mojito over the milkshake because it’s so refreshing. The black pork submarine is superb, and I absolutely love it. The fries topped with cheese and bacon are fantastic. The crispy chicken burger is also quite tasty. For dessert, I really enjoy their brownies with ice cream; the brownies are soft and fresh. The cheesecake is good too. With affordable prices and great food, I highly recommend this spot.

I really enjoyed my time here. The restaurant appears to maintain good hygiene and is well-maintained. It's perfect for evening meals since the ambiance is stunning at night. The food is delicious, and the prices are quite affordable. There's also a shared parking area available. Overall, I definitely recommend this spot, especially for their burgers and subs.

We stopped by Urban Smokehouse Gampaha today. While finding parking was a bit tough, everything else more than made up for it! The food and service were top-notch. We tried the garlic chicken shawarma, deviled chicken submarine, and a vanilla & Oreo shake—each item was flavorful and well-prepared. The portions were generous, and the flavors were fantastic. I highly recommend this spot for a great meal in Gampaha!

I visited Urban Smokehouse yesterday, and it was totally worth it! I had the Double Chicken Burger and the Double Crispy Chicken Burger — both were bursting with flavor, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The crispy chicken had the ideal crunch, and the portions were quite generous too. It's definitely one of the best burger joints I've experienced lately! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly satisfying burger. 🍔🔥

Recently, my friend and I dined at Urban Smokehouse in Gampaha, and we were truly impressed! We chose two Double Cheese Chicken Burgers, two Devilled Chicken 12-inch Submarines, and two bottles of Pepsi — the total came to about LKR 4500, which is quite reasonable given the quality and portion sizes. The food was freshly made, bursting with flavor, and cooked to perfection. The burgers were juicy and cheesy, while the submarines were packed with fillings and well-seasoned. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting, with friendly staff and a tidy seating area. The service was prompt, and our meals arrived hot and neatly packaged. I genuinely believe this is the best spot in town for delicious food at a great price. I highly recommend it to anyone in Gampaha searching for fantastic food and excellent value!
