We stayed at Gampaha Heritage for ten days due to a medical situation involving my brother, and I can't express enough gratitude for the kindness, care, and support we received during our time there. When we needed comfort the most, this home stay turned into a peaceful sanctuary for our family. The room we occupied was spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil atmosphere that made each day feel more serene. The attention to detail is outstanding—comfortable beds, well-designed interiors, impeccable cleanliness, and a warm, homely vibe that immediately puts you at ease. The surroundings are stunning, with ample natural beauty that enhances the charm of the location. It truly feels like a home away from home. I wholeheartedly recommend Gampaha Heritage a hundred million times to anyone looking for a place to stay, whether for travel, relaxation, or unexpected situations. Having traveled to over 40 countries, I can confidently say this might be one of the best home stays in the whole country. My impressions are valid; this place is exceptional in every aspect. My wife and I spent three nights at Gampaha Heritage upon our arrival in Sri Lanka and returned two months later before leaving the country. This was our second visit to Gampaha Heritage, which Randith and Vijitha have transformed into a peaceful retreat, conveniently located near Gampaha town and about 45 minutes from Bandaranaike International Airport. Our room was pleasant, featuring a full-size glass wall that opened to a small balcony. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. We enjoyed the breakfasts, and while there is an evening menu, we didn't use it. Both Randith and Vijitha communicate in English quite well. The room price was very reasonable. We highly recommend Gampaha Heritage for both short and extended stays.

I spent a month in Gampaha for treatment and was very pleased with my stay at Gampaha Heritage. The hotel is a lovely, modern structure, and the rooms are quite nice. I enjoyed peaceful nights, and having hot water in the shower was a bonus—something not always available in other places I've stayed in Sri Lanka. Given my health issues and multiple disabilities, the owners went above and beyond to assist me whenever I required help. The owner's wife was particularly wonderful; she prepared meals for me three times a day due to my dietary restrictions and even did my laundry without charging. If I return to Gampaha, I’ll definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.
