Late Checkout Fees Explained
Checkout is at 9am, and I was informed that if I miss it, I would have to pay a late fee of three thousand 😂😂. On a positive note, the rooms and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.

This is one of the top spots around, and it’s impressively clean. The owner and their family are incredibly kind, always ready to lend a hand and trustworthy. Plus, getting around from here is a breeze, with everything nearby. 👍👍👍👍👍

This is the ideal spot for a family getaway. The place is clean and offers excellent hospitality. Plus, it's conveniently situated near the Colombo-Kandy main road.

A lovely and inviting place. We stayed here for one night since we were exhausted from traveling. The friendly staff assisted us in selecting a suitable room for our family, which included a child. They even found someone who spoke English fluently to help us with our questions.

I traveled from Japan to attend my friend's wedding party near the hotel. The hospitality at the hotel was incredible! The family running the hotel was exceptionally kind to me. One of the daughters, who speaks excellent English, took me to a restaurant for breakfast and lunch, which made for a delightful experience. The room was spotless and well-equipped with amenities like a dryer, kettle, wifi, hot water, TV, and AC (though the AC was out during a power cut), along with tea, coffee, and bottled water. I highly recommend this place!

During a layover on the early morning of January 27th, I booked a stay at this villa guest house for 7,000 LKR. Unfortunately, I felt it didn’t deliver value for the price. The room looked nothing like the photos on Google, and instead of a proper setup, I found bunk beds reminiscent of a hostel. The room's condition was quite poor, and to top it off, the bathroom sink tap was broken. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I can't recommend this place for a stay.

I was completely satisfied with this place. The rooms were clean, and we booked it for a full day at a cost of 7500/= for a couple. It was very comfortable, with amenities such as tea making facilities, hot water for bathing, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, an iron board, a small sofa, a television, and both A/C and a fan.

This villa offers stunning views and a warm welcome with a comforting cup of milk or coffee upon arrival. The rooms are quite nice, cozy, and impeccably clean, featuring modern amenities. The staff exudes friendliness, and the manager goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The food is also quite enjoyable. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would happily recommend this place to anyone.

This motel truly exceeded our expectations. The room was impeccably clean and featured a mini kitchen, a table, a living area, and even dinnerware, resembling an apartment setup. The bedroom was also spacious and comfortable. The staff were both helpful and friendly. Overall, it far surpassed the usual hotels in Colombo. Hats off to the owner, and please continue the fantastic work. We definitely need more places like this in Sri Lanka.
