    Awful experience with hidden fees

    This skin center is really disappointing. They provided me with different information about charges and procedures before I arrived compared to what I was told on-site. I traveled quite a distance, only to find out they tacked on hidden fees, including consultation charges, without proper notice. The nurses were incredibly rude—I've never encountered such behavior in a private clinic. They didn't even acknowledge their mistakes or show any concern. A simple apology would have sufficed, but they acted as if nothing had happened. It may not concern them, but for us, it turned into a significant waste of time. We waited nearly two hours before the treatment, and the doctor wasn't punctual. They are total time wasters. Please avoid this place—you might encounter the same issues. I would never suggest anyone go here. Overall, a terrible experience. Hidden fees, unfriendly staff, and lack of accountability. We waited almost two hours, and the doctor was late. Complete waste of time—definitely would not recommend.

    Long-time patient, great experience!

    I've been seeing Dr. Upendra for treatments since 2000, and after over 20 years, I recently returned to his clinic. I can confidently say that the clinic has significantly improved, and I was very satisfied with my visit. I've been receiving treatment for a skin condition for about a week now, and I can already notice some positive changes. I want to give a special shoutout to Michelle, who was incredibly prompt, kind, and helpful when I needed assistance with a prescription. She ensured my needs were met without requiring me to come to the clinic. Thank you, Dr. Upendra and team. Wishing you ongoing success.

    Disappointing lip blush experience

    A few months back, I underwent a lip blush procedure at this clinic, and it turned out to be a major letdown. The clinic charges too much for the services offered, and the staff, including those at the front desk, come across as very unprofessional. During the procedure, a nurse who seemed untrained kept interrupting and snapping photos of my swollen lips without my consent, almost like it was a joke. The doctor also made sarcastic comments, which made the whole experience feel awkward and unprofessional. To top it off, I’ve seen no results after my first session. I understand how lip blush and skin treatments should work. Their consultation and treatment fees are exorbitant! Considering how much they charge compared to other clinics, I can easily say this place feels like just another overpriced scam clinic in Sri Lanka. I regret putting my trust in them and wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

    Exceptional Service and Care

    I had an amazing experience thanks to the fantastic team. A special shoutout to Nishel, who has been my dedicated contact and incredibly helpful throughout. Dr. Sabesan deserves praise for coming in on his day off just to fit me in for an appointment; he’s a wonderful person who truly made my visit enjoyable. Nurse Madu was also very kind. I appreciate everyone’s efforts and I’m excited to return. I highly recommend their services. The atmosphere feels both friendly and professional, which is so reassuring. Thank you all so much! 🙏🏼🌺

    Grateful for Knowledgeable Doctor

    I share the sentiment of someone who felt the doctor wasn’t attentive to my explanation, but I’m extremely grateful that he took the time to examine my scalp closely with a magnifying glass and noticed new hair growth! The clinic I visited yesterday diagnosed me with alopecia without giving my scalp a thorough look and immediately suggested starting steroids, creams, and three rounds of PRP. While he did recommend several supplements (not medications), I’m fine with spending on spirulina, collagen, and others to help my bald spots regrow. I’M SO THANKFUL FOR HIS EXPERTISE!

    I was in need of a hydra facial treatment for my skin and decided to visit Skin Clinic Sri Lanka. Honestly, the warm welcome I received at the reception left a great first impression. Although I had to wait a bit, it was definitely worth it. Dr. Upendra explained everything I needed to know about the procedure and why it was the best choice for me.     Disappointing experience with Dr. De Silva

    Today, I visited a skincare clinic in Sri Lanka for a dermatology appointment with Dr. Upendra De Silva. Unfortunately, he showed little concern for my needs and seemed more focused on making money. When I described my skin issues, he barely listened and quickly began writing a prescription for overpriced, ineffective creams. I left feeling very dissatisfied and extremely disappointed. My husband accompanied me, and when he inquired about my condition, Dr. De Silva ignored him completely, not even bothering to look at him. He simply instructed us to go upstairs for a hydra facial and to pick up the products from the medical section on the left. The total for these products came to about 36,000 rupees, with the hydra facial costing around 12,000. So, for my first consultation, I ended up spending over 50,000 rupees. It was clear he was just pushing us to spend money without providing any real care or satisfaction. This experience felt uncomfortable and scam-like. I cannot recommend this clinic. Please be cautious before visiting.
