Issues with Change and Parking
Make sure to bring exact change, or you might not get the right balance back. I recommend the owner to ensure the cashier has enough change on hand. Additionally, a larger space for the cashier would be helpful. The customer service was decent. However, parking is quite limited. It would also be great to improve access for disabled customers.

Excellent pharmacy experience
The customer service here is outstanding, with staff who really know their stuff. They offer a solid selection of medicines, and it's rare for them to be out of stock. Prices are lower than what you'd find at most pharmacies. Keep up the great work!

Disappointing Service Experience
I requested Finasteride 1mg at this store, but the staff were quite rude, claiming that 1mg isn't available in Sri Lanka. They basically suggested that I should just find it on my own if I could. However, I managed to purchase it from Union Chemist. This experience left me feeling really hurt and let down.
