Disappointed with expired product

I've been using Eventone C cream on my face for over five years without any issues, but this time was different. I always buy it from Union Chemist in Wattala, thinking it's a reliable pharmacy, but I was mistaken. They sold me either an expired or fake product; the cream is thin and has white particles separating in it. I initially thought it was just the first application, so I kept using it, but now my skin is damaged and covered in pimples. I only use this cream and nothing else, so there's no other explanation for the damage. Did I really pay Rs.6750 for this? I'm extremely disappointed! I expected a quality product, not a counterfeit! I've wasted my money, and my skin is suffering. What should I do now? I need a proper product in exchange!

Exceptional Customer Service Experience

I wanted to share my positive experience with the fantastic customer service at Union Chemists. Living in Mt. Lavinia, I found that one of the adult milk powder brands was unavailable at all the local stores for a while. When I reached out to the Wattala branch, they informed me that the product was out of stock across the island but promised to look into it and let me know if it became available. To my surprise, Mr. Suresh personally called me back after he managed to get the product, showing a real commitment to customer care. I genuinely appreciate this remarkable level of service and hope Union Chemists continues to uphold such high standards.

Poor service at this branch

I've noticed that the staff here, particularly the younger employees, tend to laugh at customers. This has been going on for several months, and it's really not good for business. If you want better service, I suggest trying the Osu Sala head office, Healthguard at OGF, or Colpetty instead.

Frustratingly Long Wait Time

I had a really frustrating experience. I waited more than 40 minutes just to pick up a few pills, while others who came in after me were served and left before my token was even called. There was a total lack of communication regarding the delay, and the queue system felt completely chaotic. A pharmacy should prioritize customers' time, especially when people might be unwell. I'm very disappointed with the service and will not be returning here again.

Terrible service and long wait

Yesterday, I spent 40 minutes waiting to pick up my usual three medications. The cashier and the staff issuing the drugs were taking their time. I had to pay online because their card machine was malfunctioning, and they also messed up my bill amount. Checking the bill took forever. I don't plan on returning.
