Disappointing experience at Hendala outlet
They claimed, **welcome to experience the warm hospitality with peoples family**, but I didn't receive any hospitality from this person. If the relevant manager sees this comment, please consider replacing this individual at your Hendala location. He was confrontational with customers and provided extremely poor service. I'm very disappointed with this pharmacy.

Helpful staff and good selection
Excellent service with a wide variety of medicines available, including different brands. There are plenty of staff members to assist you. However, the prices for goods and medications are somewhat higher compared to other locations.

Outstanding 24-hour pharmacy service
The pharmacist and the team here are incredibly helpful and efficient. While visiting Sri Lanka from India, my father-in-law accidentally left behind some vital medications, which caused us quite a bit of stress. We searched online for pharmacies and discovered this location, which operates around the clock. Fortunately, we had the prescription on hand. We sent it over, and they managed to prepare the medicine combinations for us that very night since we needed to head to another city early the next morning. They truly came to our rescue in the middle of the night. A big salute to them!

D & N Pharmacy is incredibly helpful for patients. Many people travel from far away because it's well-known and popular in the area. They stock most medications, and if they don't have what you need, they'll arrange to get it for you. Excellent service—keep it up!
