Closed Earlier Than Expected
I found this place closed at 8 am on a Saturday, even though their website states they should open at 7:30 every day.

Friendly staff and fair prices
The staff here are really welcoming! They offer ear drops, which is something many other places don't. Plus, the prices appear to be reasonable, matching what locals pay.

Best pharmacy in Weligama
This is the largest pharmacy in Weligama. I needed some medicine and first tried the pharmacy across the street, but they didn’t have what I needed. When I came here, I found that they have a wider selection and more stock of various medicines than any other pharmacy in Weligama.

OK pharmacy, small but seems to have all what you may need.

Always busy. You can also buy fresh goat's milk here from Eco Farm Weligama 👍 🐐 …
