Great gym experience in Matara

This is a clean, new gym equipped with air conditioning. I spent five weeks in Matara and chose to work out exclusively here. They have all the necessary machines, dumbbells, barbells, benches, and more. The people are also very kind and friendly.

Great value gym experience

POSEIDON FITNESS CLUB offers excellent value for its price. It features all the necessary equipment like a squat rack, Smith machine, cable crossover, leg machines, and more. A standout feature is the two air conditioners, which really enhance comfort during workouts in hotter weather. Overall, it's a well-maintained and fully equipped gym. Highly recommended!

Great value for a small gym

The day pass costs 1000 LKR! It's a compact gym with older yet fairly decent equipment. While it may not have a ton of machines, it had everything I required for a full-body workout. Plus, it wasn't crowded at all! I highly recommend it!

Great gym with essential equipment

This gym is excellent, featuring all the necessary machines, including a solid cable machine. The prices are reasonable, and the gym is air-conditioned. I caught a bus from Merissa, which stops almost right in front of the gym.
