Excellent Service and Selection

Great Book Selection and Service

Although there's a larger selection of stationery compared to books, the book collection is impressive. You can find all the novels you desire. The customer service is also commendable, as the staff possesses decent knowledge about the books.

Poor customer service experience

The staff was not great. I encountered a team member wearing glasses and with a bald head in the front area, and he was quite rude to customers. I can't recommend their customer service.

Terrible Customer Service Experience

The customer service here is the worst. The staff is rude, and I can't recommend buying anything from this place. There's one particular fellow, a තට්ට, who is incredibly unprofessional and doesn't know how to handle customers at all.
