    Overpriced Contact Lens Solution

    The pharmacist attempted to overcharge us. She quoted 5,600 rupees for a contact lens solution, while the same item only costs 800 rupees at the nearby food city. When we tried to return it, she claimed she 'forgot' the amount we had paid and the product's price. The entire process took about 7-10 minutes from purchase to return. Ultimately, she refunded the money she had apparently hidden in her wallet instead of the register. It’s quite audacious to cheat like this with such large sums.

    Great variety but unclear hours

    This place has just about everything you could want. However, there are no posted opening hours on the door or anywhere else.

    Disappointing service and wasted time

    I was told to come back at 18:30 for a medicated cream, but when I arrived, a man casually informed me that the item had come in an hour earlier and they hadn't saved it for me. It was a complete waste of time, money for the tuk tuk, and it prevented me from looking for it elsewhere.

    I had a fantastic experience at this place. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and really helpful, plus their English was excellent. They've also relocated to a new spot, which is an improvement 👍 …

    Beware of Ineffective Sunscreen

    The gentleman at the shop was very nice, but this sunscreen is a total scam! We applied it several times while out in the sun, and now we're both experiencing the worst sunburns we've ever had! It's unbearable.
