Exceptional Gym Experience in Negombo
Mr. Nelson Fernandez, the owner and certified trainer, runs this straightforward gym. I was truly impressed by his patience, attention to detail, and how he combines proper breathing with movement. After trying every gym in Negombo City, this was the only one that made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely invested in my fitness journey. Even though it’s a no-frills place and I usually prefer more amenities, I was swayed by his honesty and the sense of community among the other members. A hidden gem!
