    Great Gym Near Negombo

    This gym is ideal for anyone near Negombo or the airport. A one-day pass costs 1000 LKR. It has a comprehensive range of machines and weights. The owner is incredibly kind.

    Great Gym for Travelers

    This gym is excellent for those on the go. It has all the essential weights and machines you need. At a cost of 1000 R for a full day, the price is quite reasonable.

    Great local gym experience

    The day pass costs 1000 (around £2.50), and it's a wonderful neighborhood gym. While there's no air conditioning, the open windows create a nice breeze. The staff, including the owner, are incredibly welcoming. I arrived with a large rucksack, and he kindly found space for it. There are plenty of machines available for both upper and lower body workouts, plus free weights! If you're in the area, it's a fantastic spot for a workout!
