Skin Bliss Clinic is one of the best places for all your skincare needs. What stands out is the friendliness and courtesy of the doctors, nurses, and staff. I recently tried their delivery service for some skincare products, and I was very impressed. The package arrived on time and was securely packaged. Highly recommended!♥️

I was let down by the unprofessional conduct of the nursing staff. They openly share conversations between doctors and patients, which puts patient privacy at risk, and they even mock patients with made-up stories.

I had a terrible experience here. I booked an appointment for my daughter’s wart removal, and after paying the doctor's consultation fee and waiting for about two hours, the doctor informed me that the necessary materials for the procedure were unavailable. Instead, I was asked to book another appointment and go to Hemas Thalawathugoda. I felt like I wasted both my money and my time just to hear that the required materials weren't on hand.

Fantastic service! They've streamlined the process digitally. Prescriptions are available online, and the doctor has access to all your past information on his computer, making treatment straightforward. Additionally, Dr. Kamaladasa dedicates ample time to each patient for accurate diagnoses. I truly appreciate the service!

The communication and time management at this place are extremely poor. If you're planning to see a doctor here, be prepared to dedicate your entire day because the staff doesn't seem to value your time and act like you're there to work with them. I had an appointment scheduled to see a doctor, with a given time of 2pm. I understood this was an approximate time that could change. Two days before my appointment, they called to say it was pushed to 2:45pm, which I accepted. I asked for confirmation that I didn't need to arrive at 2pm to avoid missing my appointment, and they assured me it was 2:45pm. However, the next day, just 24 hours prior, someone else called from the same number and insisted it was back to 2pm. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this change. When I arrived on time, I was informed that patients were being seen in the order they arrived, not by appointment number. What sense does that make? Why even have an appointment system if it isn’t being followed? I was left waiting for 30 minutes, saw two people go in, and when I inquired if I was next, the receptionist casually told me, "thawa dennek giyama puluwan.” This experience was incredibly frustrating.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received at this clinic recently. I visited to have warts removed from my face with Dr. Poorna, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Even though I spent over an hour in the treatment session, the time the doctor actually spent on the procedure was very brief. Weeks later, I still see no improvement in my condition. This is not only disappointing but also raises concerns about the quality of service here. When I reached out to the clinic to discuss the possibility of redoing the procedure, I was told I would need to pay again. This policy feels unfair, as it punishes customers for a service that didn’t deliver the expected results initially. As someone seeking medical help, I anticipated a thorough and effective treatment that would justify both my time and money. Sadly, my experience has been the exact opposite, leaving me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a customer.

Terrible experience. Dr. Kamaladasa seems focused on pushing a range of very pricey medications without properly diagnosing the issue. None of them were effective for me or for a friend of mine who had a similar experience. I strongly recommend steering clear of him and this location.
