    Poor communication at opening time

    I saw that they open at 4pm, so I started calling to check if the hospital was open or if the doctor was available. I kept trying until 5pm, but no one picked up the phone.

    Staff delays ruin visit

    I haven't received treatment from the doctor here, but I've heard he's quite good. The issue lies with the staff. I arrived unexpectedly due to wheezing and needed to get a nebulizer treatment. They insisted on a prescription from a doctor, which is understandable for patient safety. However, it took half an hour just to be set up for the nebulization.

    Dr. Gamlath stands out as one of the few doctors still dedicated to genuine human service. He’s truly a gem, showing kindness, attentiveness, and empathy towards his patients. His consultation fee of 400/- is unbeatable, and he avoids overprescribing medication, making him an excellent family doctor. The staff are also friendly and supportive. We’ve been patients for over 20 years, and thanks to him, we’ve maintained a healthy lifestyle :)
