From start to finish, the service was great. The assistant was warm and supportive, helping the doctor during my visit. I had gone in for a teeth cleaning, but Dr. Piumi also examined me and recommended some fillings. Overall, the friendly service was excellent and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Sameera Patabandige! I'm genuinely impressed by the outstanding care and expertise she provided. My daughter had a tooth filling, and the entire process was managed so thoughtfully that she felt completely relaxed. As someone who dreads anesthetic injections, I was surprised at how painless everything was—even the injection and tooth extraction! I also had a filling and three teeth extracted, and that experience was just as smooth and professional. Thank you, Dr. Sameera, for making it so comfortable and stress-free for both of us.

I went in for a nerve filling that needed to be done in three steps over three weeks. After the first session, my tooth split in half, leading us to opt for an extraction. I suspect my teeth are weak, so the splitting might have been expected, but I wasn't refunded. I paid Rs. 15,000 for the nerve filling in the first week and was charged separately for the extraction. Unfortunately, the extra amount I paid that week wasn't returned or credited back to my account. I tried calling them, but I got no response. I hope this review sheds some light on the situation. Update: After posting this review, I received a call from the doctor herself. By last night, I had my refund processed. So, it seems you can expect a decent response within a week or two.

I had a really bad experience here! I got a tooth filling done, and it was the worst! I seriously question their skills. The filling would constantly trap food and became sensitive, so I had to have it redone elsewhere shortly after.

The service here is excellent! However, I recommend better scheduling for the doctors. At your Gampaha branch, the usual opening time is 9 am, but the doctor only arrives after 4:30 pm. Please consider this feedback positively, as I am very satisfied with your service overall.
