Excellent experience at Nawaloka Medicare

We went to Nawaloka Medicare Gampaha for full body checkups for our mothers, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was professional, the process was seamless, and the facilities were in great condition. A special shoutout to Customer Relations Officer Mr. Kasun for his outstanding support and guidance throughout the whole process. Reliable service near Gampaha hospital

Located right in front of Gampaha hospital, I’ve visited this place multiple times and have never had a negative experience. They offer 24/7 medical services, including emergency care. I believe that if the staff were a bit friendlier and more attentive, this place would be even better than it already is.

Consistently Late and Disorganized

Dr. Lanka Adikari frequently shows up late and often reschedules appointments. This has happened to me multiple times, so it’s clearly a recurring problem. Additionally, the staff's service is quite poor—they appear to be disorganized and unaware of what’s happening. If you're thinking about seeing this doctor, I highly advise against booking an appointment at this clinic.

Poor management lead to long wait

On 06/03/2026, I had an appointment with Dr. Induni Duglas. After waiting two hours, we were told that the doctor wouldn’t be coming to the hospital because the necessary facilities weren’t ready in time. While I can understand the doctor’s point of view, the situation caused significant inconvenience for all the patients who had been waiting. This incident highlights serious issues with management and communication that really need to be addressed.

Great hospital with supportive staff

This is one of the top private hospitals in the Gampaga area. The staff is incredibly supportive, and the reception team is very cooperative and helpful. We've been here multiple times for consultations and treatments, and each visit has been met with excellent service. The only downside we encountered was the parking situation; it would be better if they had a bigger parking area. They also have a pharmacy and a cafeteria on-site.

Frustrating Experience at Channeling Center

We had a really disappointing visit to this channeling center on April 21, 2026. We waited for hours for our turn, and even though our reservation was number 03, made days in advance, they allowed three other individuals to go ahead of us. They even attempted to send in another person for a "free visit," telling us we would now be the fifth patient. Because of the excessive waiting time, I had to decline the consultation. The staff seemed unable to manage the situation effectively, which was very frustrating, and the nurse didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience. When we inquired about filing a complaint, they just told us to write it down and drop it in a box. I advise caution when seeking consultations at this location; you might find yourself waiting indefinitely due to their poor management.

Convenient location with good service
