I'm really let down... The work done did not last, and now I'm dealing with ongoing issues. It's quite pricey for the subpar quality I received. I'm extremely frustrated... After visiting this dentist, I find myself having to go to another every month to fix the discomfort. I've never experienced anything like this!!!

Dr. Bandy Ukwatte is the finest dentist I have ever encountered. I faced numerous dental issues due to previous treatments from other dentists. However, he addressed all my concerns and provided exceptional hospitality as well. If you pick the wrong dentist, you'll not only waste your time and money but also jeopardize your own teeth. I wish continued success for Ivory Dental Clinic!

About three years ago, I had issues with deformed teeth, which Dr. Bandu successfully treated. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and continue to feel thankful for it. Dr. Bandu is a genuinely kind individual. I've returned to Ivory Dental Lab a few times since, and their dental care is consistently excellent and professional.

Avoid this place and save your money. The service is lacking, and the front office staff is quite rude. The call center is also unhelpful. Booking an appointment feels impossible; you practically have to plead with the two front staff members and wait until midnight to get any assistance. They seem to think they’re offering a free service. I strongly advise against going here. It’s not worth your time or money.

I've experienced a lot of dental work over the years, and I can confidently say that their quality is incredibly poor and unprofessional. It's not worth your money—look for better options elsewhere and don't put your trust in these individuals.

The front office personnel were quite unprofessional. We needed to make a retainer and had to wait for them to finish their personal conversation before they could help us, and even then, their demeanor was very rude. While the doctor might be skilled, the experience with the front office staff made us want to leave as soon as we arrived. Overall, the customer service was really disappointing.
