Disappointing dental experience in Sri Lanka
During my last two weeks in Sri Lanka, I went to this dental clinic for a nerve filling that required several visits. My first appointment was on 07/01/2026, and I was told to return on 10/01/2026 for the first part of the procedure. I was then scheduled to come back on 14/01/2026 at 12:30 PM to finish the treatment, which I know is standard for nerve fillings. However, on the 14th, I waited for three hours, only to find out that the doctor was unavailable and I had to come back on 18/01/2026 at 9:30 AM. As my time in Sri Lanka was limited, I arrived early, around 9:00 AM, hoping to finally get the treatment done. Unfortunately, I had to wait nearly another two hours. What made things worse was the rude and unprofessional attitude of the assistants, particularly one tall, dark-skinned assistant who showed little respect for patients. Despite the clinic using a number system, it was entirely disregarded. Friends and family of the assistants and doctors were given priority, leaving other patients waiting for long periods. At one point, my name wasn’t even called, and I had to push my way in just to get noticed. I do appreciate the doctors' efforts and kindness, but their professionalism is overshadowed by the dreadful behavior of the support staff and the overall mismanagement of the clinic. This was a major waste of my limited time in Sri Lanka. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Exceptional Dental Care Experience
I visited this dental clinic on June 23 for a consultation regarding my wisdom tooth. I was recommended here by a relative who praised the doctor's expertise, use of modern technology, and clear explanations. After my visit, I can confirm that their words were spot on. From the start, the doctor thoroughly assessed my condition and displayed everything on a digital screen, clearly outlining the issue and the necessary treatment. His explanations were straightforward and easy to follow. I was in Sri Lanka on a short vacation and had only six days before heading back overseas. Despite a full schedule, the doctor graciously accommodated me due to my circumstances. He arranged for my X-ray that same day and scheduled my wisdom tooth surgery for the very next day. During the surgery, the doctor maintained a calm, professional demeanor and was very reassuring. He clearly explained each step of the process and even showed it on the screen. After the surgery, he took the time to go over the results, care instructions for the surgical area, medication details, and everything else I needed for recovery. Not only was the doctor exceptional, but the entire staff and assistants were also friendly, supportive, and professional. The service was outstanding and truly valuable, as everything was explained so well, leaving no room for doubt or worry. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking top-notch dental care. A heartfelt thank you to the doctor and the whole team for their remarkable service and care!❤️
