    Frustrating experience with no-show fee

I can't recommend this place at all. Although the hospital canceled my appointment, they still charged me a Rs. 275 no-show fee. They refused to give a full refund and delayed the process, claiming it would take 5–7 working days. In the end, they asked me to come to the hospital to collect my money. The customer support was extremely poor, making for a terrible experience overall.

    Frustrating booking experience

My experience with this app has been incredibly frustrating, and the customer support is just as unhelpful. Payments on the app always get declined, yet the charges still go through my bank. When I try to get in touch, customer support promises to call back but often doesn't follow through unless I keep pursuing them. This is totally unacceptable, especially when I'm trying to book for a sick child. Hospitals should have their own direct booking systems instead of relying on a faulty app that fails 90% of the time. Places like Joseph Fraser need to be more flexible and allow phone bookings when parents are facing urgent situations. This entire system is inefficient and unreliable, creating unnecessary stress during times when families need assistance, not more challenges.

    Frustrating Refund Process

I arranged a doctor's appointment through eChanneling, but the doctor ended up canceling. To my surprise, getting a refund isn't straightforward! They make you either go to the hospital in person or send an email and then wait 1–2 weeks for your own money to be returned. This is completely absurd, unprofessional, and feels like a scam. They take your payment right away but make it a hassle to get it back when their service fails. This system is incredibly frustrating – steer clear at all costs!

    Disappointing Service and Refund Issues

I am very let down by the service here. It's been a week since my appointment was deemed a no-show, and I still haven’t received my refund. Despite reaching out to the center multiple times, I have not received any proper response or resolution. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that others avoid booking appointments with this channeling center, as they do not manage refunds or customer concerns effectively.

    Extremely Disappointing Appointment Experience

My experience with Asiri Hospitals was very disappointing. We scheduled an appointment via eChanneling, but just 20 minutes before it, the hospital called to cancel, right as we were heading there. They told us to come in for a refund, but upon arrival, the process was chaotic. The reception on the ground floor sent us to the 4th floor, where the staff member was quite rude and instructed us to go to the 3rd floor instead because the cashier wasn’t available yet. We wasted both time and money — over Rs. 5,000 on a taxi alone — and didn’t receive the full refund immediately. I had to reach out to eChanneling separately to get the remaining balance refunded. Overall, it was an unprofessional experience. I wouldn't suggest making appointments here, particularly with Dr. Monika De Silva, the Rheumatologist, since she canceled our appointment at the last minute.

    Frustrating and Unprofessional Service

I had an absolutely terrible experience with eChanneling. After booking a doctor, the appointment was cancelled, and that’s when the real trouble started. They take your payment immediately, but when their system fails, getting a refund is a slow and painful ordeal. Instead of promptly returning my money, they make you either travel to the hospital in person or send an email and then wait 1–2 weeks just to retrieve your own funds. How is this acceptable in 2025? The entire experience is frustrating, inconvenient, and feels unjust toward customers. It seems like their system is set up in a way that’s exploitative and unprofessional. Based on how they treat people, I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Total letdown.

    Frustrating Experience with Refunds

This is the third time my account has been debited, only for it to say my appointment failed. To make matters worse, their support number doesn't work! It's absolutely TERRIBLE! The process to get my money refunded is a big hassle!

    Terrible Service and Untrustworthy

I had a really disappointing experience with this place. I booked a reservation for May 12th, but they switched it to the 11th without my consent. When I requested a refund, I was told no, despite having paid for a so-called No Show refund that supposedly covers cancellations. Their refusal to refund really showed me they aren't trustworthy or customer-oriented. I’d suggest looking up the hospital's contact info and booking directly—it’s cheaper, faster, and much more straightforward!

    Poor booking experience with eChannelling

I recommend steering clear of eChannelling if you're looking for a timely appointment. I attempted to book an appointment at Adithya Hospital by calling three times between 9:57 AM and 10:02 AM. The first two agents were extremely rude—one even hung up on me because she didn't want to wait two minutes for the system to respond, and the other was unhelpful. By the time I finally got through to a third representative, all the slots were already taken. The service here is completely unprofessional and unreliable.

    Frustrating booking experience

I scheduled an appointment through eChanneling last Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Delmon Hospital. However, I didn’t get a booking reference number or confirmation message from eChanneling, even though my account was charged. Since Monday, I’ve been trying to follow up on my booking reference, but it’s been a hassle. On Monday, they promised to check but then hung up. When I called on Tuesday, I was told the account section was closed and to call back the next day. The doctor is supposed to arrive on Friday after 7 PM, but without any confirmation or reference number, I have no idea if my appointment is actually set, despite the payment being taken from my account. Who should I reach out to about this? I’ve already been charged, but I still lack a booking reference or any confirmation. Overall, my experience with their service has been disappointing.
