Not as advertised, very disappointing

Sadly, the reality didn't match the images, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. It was dirty, crawling with ants and insects, and the mattresses had a terrible odor. I managed to stay for just three hours. There was a complete lack of attention; I waited over an hour to hand someone the key, but I couldn't find anyone to take it. In the end, I left the key on the reception desk. I documented everything to warn others about this trap, as they refused to refund the remaining balance from my three-day booking, despite my two-hour wait to return the key and cancel the reservation. I reached out to the travel agency through which I booked, and as I write this, I still haven't received my money back. Although they claimed the place looked nice, the actual condition was quite different, with strange insects and even a spider on the bed and curtains. Cleanliness was severely lacking.

Another Excellent Stay

This was my second visit, and they continue to uphold their high standards. During this stay, the staff even assisted us in finding our way to Western Hospital for an OP consultation, which is conveniently located near the hotel. The ambiance, upkeep, and attentive service from the staff are outstanding. Booking a room is straightforward, and the rates are quite reasonable. The food service is also very good. A special shout-out to the Care Taker and his team. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay at an affordable price.

Payment Issues at Oasis Hotel

Upon my arrival, I was informed that they had not received payment. They mentioned that they hadn't received any money from the agent. I also reached out to trip.com, but they haven't responded either. Each time I asked, they requested payment again. As a result, I decided to check out on Sunday morning and look for another hotel. Oasis is not really what I expected from a hotel.

This place is quite disappointing. Mrs. Ganga really lets it down. There seems to be some dishonesty going on, as she appears to be taking advantage of customers. The cleanliness is terrible, especially the bathroom, which lacks towels and toilet paper. With no water pressure, it’s difficult to manage. The overall environment has a persistent unpleasant smell.
