Frustrating phone support experience

On December 19th at 2:30 PM, I experienced terrible service. The staff kept hanging up on me while I was trying to get medical assistance. It felt like they were uninterested in helping, as one operator was laughing with her friends and consistently disconnecting the call. I'm really upset because I'm dealing with an infection and can't seem to get any help at all.

Poor medical care after accident

My brother and I were in a motor accident yesterday, and the care we received was quite disappointing. The bandaging was poorly done, and some of my wounds weren’t even cleaned properly—I had to insist on that. The nurses were unhelpful, especially when I was unable to move my legs after the accident. My brother experienced sharp pain in his feet, but they only performed a CT scan on me, even though he needed one too. Given the quality of care, their charges seem excessive. We definitely won’t be returning for new bandages.

Poor response to urgent medical need

I visited this place with my girlfriend, who had been bitten on the face by a dog and was bleeding. The reception staff seemed completely clueless, almost like NPC characters, telling us we needed to go to Matara for a vaccine. When I explained that the dog was vaccinated and we urgently needed a doctor to clean the wound and stitch it up, they just started discussing among themselves without offering any suggestions. Eventually, they informed us that there was no doctor available at the center. It’s disappointing that people in the medical field could be so unhelpful. I highly do NOT recommend this place.
