    Excellent medical support and staff

    Based on my experience at this medical center, I believe it’s the top choice for medical assistance in the area, offering the best procedures and staff. The doctors and other personnel are very friendly and take the time to communicate with us about our medical issues.

    Hygiene Concerns at the Clinic

    I arrived with a wound that needed treatment, but the doctor didn't wear rubber gloves while cleaning it. When applying the antibiotic gel, the tube was rubbed against the wound. It's disappointing that a little more attention to hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority here.

    From my experience, I highly recommend visiting this medical center. The doctor and nurse speak English well and provide clear explanations. The pharmacy is conveniently located on-site. I didn’t have to wait long, and the prices were reasonable.

    Excellent Care at a Great Price

    The doctor was amazing! I was attended to promptly. She was compassionate and swift, providing everything we needed. The minor procedure to remove sand from my cornea, along with antihistamines and antibiotic eye drops, was just 5000lkr. I'm incredibly thankful—she saved me from having to go to the general hospital. I tried to see another doctor in Mirissa twice, but each time I waited over 45 minutes, and he never showed up despite saying he was on his way. I recommend trying this place first. A heads up for fellow travelers: the concrete room may not meet our home standards, but the care was still excellent.

    Exceptional service and care

    I highly recommend this place. The doctor is incredibly kind, warm, and approachable. I walked in and was attended to immediately. She really listens, provides thoughtful advice, and prescribes exactly what you need—and even more. My total cost was just £10, which is about the price of a prescription in the UK. I discussed two issues with her; for the second one, I initially declined her prescription, but later realized she was correct and returned for it.

    Excellent care in Mirissa

    We had a truly smooth experience. My partner got coral stuck in his fingers and required a local anesthetic for its removal. The doctor had her husband come from another location to provide the anesthetic. They were very professional, and all the equipment was sanitized. As tourists, we anticipated a high bill, but it only came to 10,000 rupees. I highly recommend this place if you need a doctor in Mirissa.
