Our experience at Mr. Mohan's apartment was truly wonderful. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by luxurious amenities. Mr. Mohan, the owner, is exceptionally kind, and we appreciate how he made our visit memorable.

This place comes highly recommended as our top choice in Colombo! It's such a delightful spot to stay. Mohanlal is a fantastic host who genuinely cares for his guests. The hospitality, cleanliness, and service are outstanding. The rooms are comfortable, well-equipped, and receive daily cleaning. Plus, there's a lovely, clean swimming pool and a gym, ideal for unwinding or working out. Breakfast is scrumptious, featuring multiple courses, and the stunning river view enhances the experience even more. Every time we're in Colombo, we opt to stay here since we know we'll always enjoy ourselves. Mohanlal’s friendliness and attention to detail truly make a difference. We can't recommend this place enough and will surely return!

I recently spent two nights at Diyawanna Leisure Homestay and had a very enjoyable experience. This spacious and clean three-bedroom apartment isn’t your typical hotel; it’s a Homestay, which is exactly what I liked about it. The atmosphere was peaceful and homely, providing ample space and privacy. The air conditioning in the room functioned perfectly, and everything was well-kept. The bathrooms were clean and easy to access. Mr. Mohan, the host, offered a very professional and swift 'Express Check-in,' along with a warm welcome and a helpful introduction to the property. We truly enjoyed our time with the host, who is a talented vocalist. He genuinely made an effort to ensure everyone felt at home. One of the highlights was the karaoke sessions we had with his wireless music box, which we enjoyed alongside two other guests – it was a fun and memorable aspect of our stay. I appreciated that irradiated drinking water was provided free of charge, and food delivery was convenient thanks to the property’s location near Rajagiriya town. The Homestay is situated in a quiet, respectable neighborhood, ideal for those looking to relax. The location is also great for bird watching, as it overlooks the Diyawanna River and rainforest. If you're looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly, and tranquil place to stay, especially with family or a small group, I would definitely recommend it. I would be happy to return!

Mohan, the host, is truly a wonderful person. Our time in his apartment, where he also resides, was very enjoyable, and the conversations were both engaging and interesting. The apartment is situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. From the balcony, there's a stunning view across the river to the green bird paradise right in the city's heart. Thank you once again, Mohan. We will happily return soon!

I found this homestay on Google for my business supplier who was visiting Sri Lanka for my wedding, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Mr. Mohan, the owner, was incredibly kind and took wonderful care of my international guest. He was attentive, helpful, and ensured everything was comfortable during their stay.
