This was one of my least favorable hotel experiences in Sri Lanka. Hi there, we really enjoyed our time at the New Kabalana Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with excellent service. Situated right by the beach, the hotel is conveniently located near surf schools. Overall, it’s a great spot. Mr. Chaminda went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of.
