    Delicious food, needs better service

    We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere! We ordered a spicy Mongolian rice with chicken and seafood, which was such a large portion that it could easily serve two. It was incredibly flavorful, definitely the best Mongolian rice we've ever tasted! The dish featured American oyster mushrooms, chicken, prawns, cuttlefish, and veggies. The hot chili prawns we got were battered and beautifully presented, also a generous serving for two. Additionally, we tried a lime mojito and a mango passion laviniya, both of which met our expectations. Our total came to over 10K, so while the prices are on the higher side, we felt it was worth it. On the downside, the waitstaff could use some improvement in their professionalism. My plate was taken away while I was still enjoying my last slice of pineapple, which is quite poor etiquette. They cleared our plates without waiting for us to finish, and it made us worry about leaving our glasses behind when we went to wash our hands. 😅 The washroom was clean, but there was only one unisex stall.

    Disappointing High Tea Experience

    I went with three friends to try the High Tea Platter, but sadly, after ordering and waiting for about an hour and 20 minutes, we never received it. We ended up leaving the restaurant without any of the food we had ordered. I get that sometimes delays happen, but waiting so long without any service was really disappointing and had a huge impact on our experience. Apologies for the negative review.

    Disappointing high tea experience

    This was the worst "high tea" I've ever had—seriously, save your money and go elsewhere. The portion meant for eight people was barely enough for three or four. We received one mini burger that was sliced into four pieces, which really highlights how poor it was. If you can't provide what you're charging for, then you shouldn't be offering such low-quality food! After voicing our concerns while settling the bill, a waiter told some of my friends (I was away getting the car), "if you want better service, go to a 5-star hotel." It seems they were more focused on pinching pennies from paying customers than providing decent service. There was no manager or anyone accountable present at all. This has been the absolute worst "restaurant" experience I've had in my entire life!

    Disappointing High Tea Experience

    We visited this restaurant for high tea, and it was a terrible experience. There was no parking available, which was frustrating. It took around 45 minutes to get our platter, and there were very few items on it, barely enough for two people. We also ordered iced coffee, but it tasted more like water than coffee.

Its location is ideal, making it easy to locate, and the food is incredibly tasty. The service is both friendly and attentive, contributing to the overall positive vibe. I highly recommend this spot for anyone in search of delicious food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!

    Consistently Great Food and Service

    This is a restaurant we return to frequently. They always offer polite service and delicious food, which we appreciate since we enjoy quality, local dishes. The staff is welcoming, though it appears there is a high turnover. Thankfully, Ruwan, the reliable main senior staff member, helps maintain a sense of stability. Wishing them continued success and hoping they keep up their excellent service attitude.

    Exceptional dining experience

    I really enjoyed my meal here! The food was incredibly tasty, and the service was outstanding! Our server was polite, friendly, cheerful, efficient, and always greeted us with a smile. I also appreciated the restaurant's ambiance. It's definitely a fine dining experience worth trying.

    This is a pleasant spot featuring private dining rooms. Unfortunately, the food was hit or miss today, with some dishes not meeting expectations. On the positive side, the service staff were very accommodating and eager to help.

    Delicious Hightea Buffet Experience

    I went for the Hightea Buffet on June 18th. The food was incredibly tasty, and everything promised on the menu was available. At times, some dishes were empty, but overall, the experience was fantastic and definitely worth the money. 😍
