Comfortable stay with authentic experience

We spent three nights at Perivale Budget Stay and we highly recommend it. The spacious living room features a table and a cozy sofa area, alongside a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, plus a large bathroom with a rain shower. There are two bedrooms, each having its own en-suite bathroom. Each bed comes with a mosquito net, which is really necessary considering the number of mosquitoes around. We felt very at home and received a warm welcome. They even offered us tea and took care of our laundry. We would definitely like to come back. The only downside is its distance from Colombo’s city center. However, it’s easily reachable by bus (in under an hour) or train, both being good and affordable choices. The benefit of its location is that it allows you to experience a genuine side of Sri Lanka, away from the touristy areas.

Comfortable stay with friendly host

We enjoyed a clean and cozy room, complete with a lovely shared living area, bathroom, and kitchen where we had access to a fridge, kettle, and microwave. Plus, the tap water was safe to drink. The host was incredibly kind, even doing our laundry and making us tea! While the mattress wasn't the most comfortable, it was still adequate, and there were mosquito nets over the beds. Wi-Fi is on the way. The building is situated in a peaceful and secure neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from bakeries, local eateries, and the bus stop. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Great Value Stay in Moratuwa

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. In the Moratuwa area, there aren't many good accommodations available, often being overpriced with lower quality and poor customer service. In comparison, this place is fantastic. I stayed for over two days in two different rooms. They provided us with excellent rooms where we could cook and make our own tea. There’s also a refrigerator to keep our items. Additionally, there's a smoking area on the balcony, which offers a lovely view for non-smokers as well. The atmosphere is very clean and quiet. I'm very grateful to the host for offering such affordable accommodation and for their excellent communication with customers. It's a great place with great value, and I highly recommend it.
