Disappointing cancellation at a 4-star hotel
After visiting numerous times over the past 25 years, we received a call this morning while on our way to the hotel (which is 2 hours away) to inform us that our booking was canceled due to a lack of hot water and air conditioning. It's hard to believe that a 4-star hotel would face such a situation.

Great view but needs maintenance
The location offers a lovely view and is conveniently close to shops and dining options. The pool was enjoyable, and most of the staff were pleasant as well. However, the property is quite worn down and could use some updates; our room had cockroaches and a wet towel used as a mat at the front door.
