    Booking Issues and Payment Problems

    Do not make a reservation here!! I secured a room for the 17th, and they confirmed it over the phone. However, when I got there, they had given my room to other guests. To make matters worse, they didn’t refund my advance payment either.

    Pricing Issues Spoil Experience

    I had a really frustrating experience here. I made a reservation for a specific price, but when I got there, they told me that the room was no longer available at that rate and tried to charge me more. This was completely unacceptable and felt like a scam. It was very unprofessional and misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone; just be cautious and double-check everything if you still decide to book here.

    Extremely Unhygienic Hotel Experience

    This hotel is very dirty and poorly kept. The rooms lack cleanliness, making the entire place feel unpleasant. There are inadequate door locks, some rooms don’t even have windows, and the mattresses on the beds are filthy and seem unwashed. They didn't provide any towels, and the bathrooms were in awful condition. I can't recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable stay. Steer clear of this place at all costs.

    My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room wasn't clean, and there was an unpleasant odor that lingered during our stay. The bedsheets and bathroom were not well maintained, which left us feeling very uncomfortable.

    Disappointing Experience with Room Booking

    I made a reservation in advance, but when I got to the hotel, the reception staff informed me that my room had already been assigned to someone else. What frustrated me the most was their failure to properly verify my booking details at the front desk. Even after I explained that I had a confirmed reservation, they simply stated that the room was gone and showed a complete lack of politeness or professionalism in addressing the issue. The receptionist's demeanor was rude and unhelpful. I had even spent extra for a PickMe ride, expecting to check into my room, but instead, I had to leave without ever staying there. This felt like a total waste of time and money, making for a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel because of its poor management, lack of professionalism, and terrible customer service.
