The location is stunning! The room and bathroom were kept in great condition and very clean. It’s a peaceful spot to unwind close to the lagoon, and there’s also a pool available. We had a fantastic night playing games, singing, and dancing without any issues. The road to get there isn’t great, but the destination is worth it.

This place offers excellent value for the price and matched the images perfectly. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The villa was well-maintained and tidy. The pool was definitely the highlight! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will certainly return!

This is a nice place for gatherings with friends or family, whether for a day trip or an overnight stay. The staff, caretaker, and security were incredibly accommodating, even as we enjoyed some late-night pool fun. However, I noticed that the pool is really only suitable for a very small group, which feels a bit inadequate given the size of the property. It could definitely use a larger pool for those who love to swim. The property is well-maintained, although it appears that the structure has been around for quite some time. I found the "Continental Breakfast" could use some improvement. Since we didn’t try any other meals, I can’t comment on the food overall, but the cook was very friendly and eager to help. In summary, it was a good experience at a well-kept venue. It offers a good level of privacy, making it a nice boutique hotel for couples looking for a getaway.

This place is wonderful—calm, quiet, clean, safe, and secure, with breathtaking views of Bolgoda Lake. We were truly pleased with the service throughout our event. A special thanks to Mr. Thanuka, the Assistant Manager, who was incredibly kind, organized, and instrumental in making our day unforgettable. The rooms were tidy and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious—words can't do it justice. I highly recommend it. The swimming pool was simply amazing. The staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

We spent three days at Serenity Lake Front Villa, and it looked just like the photos. We had an amazing experience; the food was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly, doing everything they could to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The pool was stunning and well-maintained, and we took advantage of it frequently! You really get great value for a 3-star place!

The location is stunning, but the rules are incredibly strict and unwelcoming. Our group of 22 visited for a day outing and were assigned the small veranda of the villa and a nearby garden hut for lunch. Despite it being advertised as “Serenity Lake Front VILLA,” we weren’t allowed inside the house. When we requested two rooms for our group of 6 males and 16 females, we were denied and given just one room. Although they called the lunch a buffet, it was quite basic and only just filled us up, especially after the snacks we had beforehand. We were also charged an additional Rs 1,000/- just to store a few ice packs in the fridge, on top of the Rs 104,500/- we already paid, along with a refundable deposit of Rs 25,000/-. This was a first for me, as I’ve never encountered such practices in hospitality. Despite all this, we managed to enjoy ourselves, but it makes you wonder who would want to deal with such restrictions again.

Wave is one of the loveliest spots I've visited. Situated right by Bolgoda Lake, it's perfect for spending time with friends or family. The swimming pool is clean, well-maintained, and adds to the charm of the place. It was definitely worth the visit.

Last weekend, our team enjoyed a fantastic one-night stay at Serenity Lake Front Villa in Bolgoda. The entire experience was remarkable from beginning to end. The location truly lives up to its name—it's calm, serene, and beautifully situated by the lake. The food was incredibly tasty, offering a wide selection that everyone appreciated. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and always willing to assist. I want to give a special shoutout to Manoj, who did a great job ensuring everything ran smoothly, and a big thank you to Mr. Alles, the property owner, for personally helping us arrange everything according to our preferences.
