    Disappointing Customer Service Experience

    I was really let down by my visit. I ordered Carbonara, but what we got was nothing like we expected. The dish appeared and tasted more like a creamy chicken and vegetable pasta, which was far from the Carbonara we wanted. To make matters worse, the customer service was lacking. We informed the staff that our order was incorrect and that we hadn’t touched the meal. Instead of showing any understanding or offering a resolution, we were still charged for food we didn’t order or eat. This situation was extremely frustrating and simply unacceptable. While mistakes can happen, how they're handled is crucial. We expected at least a bit of empathy and good customer service. Given this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. It was a real letdown and felt like a waste of money.

    I had a fantastic stay at W Hotel Mount Lavinia. My one-night visit was a delightful boutique experience. The hotel boasts a serene and stylish vibe, ideal for unwinding. The rooms were tidy, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always eager to help with a smile, which enhanced my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this cozy boutique hotel in Mount Lavinia. I would love to return!

    Excellent stay at W Hotel Mount Lavinia

    I spent a month at the W Hotel Mount Lavinia and was really impressed with the hospitality, safety, and cleanliness, all delivered in an authentic Sri Lankan style. It was fantastic in every aspect. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking that kind of experience.
