The place doesn't match the photos, and the front desk staff was quite rude. When I tried to pay by card, the guy at the front desk insisted on cash and wasn't polite about it. I wouldn't recommend it.

I visited in 2006 and was given a room on the 2nd floor, even though I had requested an A/C room, which unfortunately wasn't functioning. When I asked to be moved, they informed me it wasn't possible. The service mindset and behavior were quite disappointing.

I really enjoyed the service here. My wife and I visited for the evening, and the gentleman at the reception was truly remarkable—so kind, friendly, and composed. I regret not catching his name, but I will absolutely return again and again.

I checked into your hotel on February 25 and stayed in room 37. The condition of the room exceeded my expectations. However, I found it a bit strange when the manager who greeted us started asking about my family history, including whether I’m married, and other personal details.

Sri Lankan street food done right! I had the kottu roti, and it was incredible—spicy, hearty, and exactly like what you’d find on the streets of Colombo. I’m really happy to have discovered this place in Japan! 👍👌😍😘

This is a fantastic spot with an awesome atmosphere! I truly enjoyed my time here and was especially taken by the warm hospitality. Chathuranga was outstanding, extremely friendly and accommodating during our visit. I will certainly return!

This budget hotel offers clean rooms and is ideally situated. It's perfect for a brief stay. I had a comfortable night, and the staff were friendly, providing good value for what I paid.

I had a beer here last night and I agree that the service could use some improvement. The waiter struggled to understand anything my wife and I were asking. We arrived and were impressed by the appearance of the place and the numerous sports TV channels they had on display. Very cool…

I highly recommend this spot; it's hard to beat the value for the price! While it may not be the newest place around, the rooms are spacious, tidy, and well-equipped with good air conditioning. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from supermarkets, coffee shops, and other dining options.
