Two months ago, I visited the Psychology Life Center for help with my panic attacks. This is a fantastic place. The counselors at the life center are friendly and helpful. Doctor Kumaranayake is also an excellent physician. The counselors organize group sessions that are really beneficial, enhancing our leadership skills and teaching us social skills. They also offer individual sessions, both of which are quite valuable. I've been able to make great friends through these sessions. It's a lovely and inviting space as well.
