I visited J’FANs Family Restaurant last week, and it was a very disappointing experience. I ordered the Mix Fried Rice, but the rice didn’t taste fresh at all. It was very dry, and the portion size was too small for the price. It definitely wasn’t worth the money. I also visited during rainy weather, but the restaurant doesn’t have a proper indoor dining area. Since most of the seating is on the rooftop, it became very uncomfortable when it started raining. A restaurant should have a suitable indoor space so customers can enjoy their meals regardless of the weather. Overall, the food quality, portion size, and dining experience did not meet my expectations.

I visited J’FANs Family Restaurant unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. When I asked the waiters about the menu, they couldn’t explain the dishes properly. They didn’t seem to have enough knowledge about the menu, which made it difficult to decide what to order. I also ordered the Kilo Bite. Despite the name, the portion was nowhere near a kilo it was only a small amount. On top of that, the meat was undercooked. I had to send it back several times, and I informed the staff about the issue. Unfortunately, the same problem continued for several days, showing that no improvements were made.

Very poor experience. The staff lacked menu knowledge and couldn’t explain the dishes properly. Overpriced for what you get, with small portions and disappointing food quality. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Exceptional food and service!

The food was incredible, and the service was outstanding! The staff were friendly, prompt, and contributed to a delightful dining experience. I'm giving it 5 stars and would definitely come back. A big thank you to Vishwa and John 😊
