Delicious and Impeccable Service!

The food here is incredibly tasty and quite inviting for Europeans! They took our order after double-checking everything: do we want it spicy? Is it alright if the omelette comes before the rice? Are we fine with a 20-minute wait? The beer was served in chilled glasses. Despite the Rastafarian decor, the cleanliness is impressive, which is often lacking in Sri Lankan spots! Everything is tidy, and the staff is polite. This is the first place in Sri Lanka where I found the food genuinely delicious, and the service was prompt and energetic. Great team! Highly recommend! We spent 2,200 rupees (330 UAH/12 USD) on an omelette with chicken and vegetables, a tasty, hearty vegetable soup, two pints of Lion beer, and a generous serving of fried rice with vegetables.

Relaxing Treehouse Vibe

The place has a laid-back treehouse feel, run by two friendly guys. In addition to snacks, they offer cold Lion beer, which is a nice touch. It’s ideal for either a brief visit or a longer hangout, conveniently located right by the train tracks. I highly recommend it!

Charming bar with tasty cocktails

This is a fantastic little bar that boasts a great atmosphere with a view of the train tracks. The cocktails I tried were delicious, though the selection is limited if you're not a fan of rum. However, the Attack Attack cocktail was a solid choice for those who prefer to avoid rum. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
