Excellent service and selection at ZEISS

I had a wonderful experience at ZEISS VISION CENTER. The staff was welcoming, particularly Ms. Thanuja, who was knowledgeable and took the time to assist me in selecting the perfect frames and lenses for my needs. They boasted an extensive range of stylish frames and provided original ZEISS single vision lenses at reasonable prices for both me and my spouse. Our glasses were ready sooner than we anticipated. I'm very pleased with the quality and service—I will definitely return and highly recommend them to friends and family!

Great selection, but lens issues

This is a wonderful spot for picking out glasses. They offer a vast selection of frames, the staff are friendly, and there’s no wait time, making it less crowded compared to places like Vision Care. Initially, I encountered a problem with my lenses not being fitted correctly in the frames. Zeiss was adamant about making adjustments, but it eventually became clear that the lenses needed to be remade. The whole process took a while since their lab is off-site, and some lens blanks are imported rather than available on-site, which meant it took nearly a month to get a new pair of Zeiss lenses, followed by another month to fix them. Despite the lengthy wait, I was pleased with how the glasses turned out in the end after some perseverance.

Exceptional Service at Zeiss Vision Centre

My first visit to the Delkanda branch was less than satisfactory because the glasses I tried didn’t meet my requirements. However, the Zeiss Vision Centre at Town Hall, with fantastic assistance from Tanuja, really turned things around with a quick and effective fix. I strongly recommend this centre for their excellent service. The Zeiss SmartLife glasses, while on the pricey side, are fantastic for professionals involved in color grading, content creation, or garment design, particularly for those using progressive lenses. The broader lens corridor is a huge advantage for daily tasks involving multiple screens. As a Broadcast Media Engineer, I’ve found these glasses to be indispensable. I hope this review helps others make well-informed choices.
