I had a fantastic experience at Specs Plus. Mr. Abdullah is incredibly kind and personable, always greeting customers with a smile and treating them with great respect. For me, this truly exemplifies excellent customer service. The overall service was impressive, and the frames are quite comfortable. I’ve visited several other well-known optical shops in Sri Lanka that claim to be the best, but I've often found their customer service lacking. Some staff members don’t even smile or engage with customers warmly. No matter how popular a store is, the way customers are treated really matters. At Specs Plus, the team was friendly and inviting.
