After purchasing an item, we returned just ten minutes later only to find the shop was closed. The next morning, we reached out and were informed that, per their policy, they couldn't process an exchange. This was a disappointing experience with very poor customer service. I recommend thinking carefully before visiting this place.

This pet accessories shop in Sri Lanka is incredibly rude. I decided to overlook the negative Google reviews and went to check it out for a cat transport cage. To keep it brief, just go there and see the poor service for yourself.

The store is no longer accessible, even though it still exists. It's quite frustrating. They take your order and bring it outside the shop. It's absurd.
